In order to serve you better, we often call ahead when we are in a particular neighborhood, even if it may not be your requested appointment time. If such a request is inconvenient at the time, it's never a problem. These calls are only offered as a courtesy, and you're under no obligation to have service performed at that moment if you do not wish.
